We offer yearly and monthly long-term rentals. Yearly leases are the most common for residents and families, while monthly options suit those who want flexibility before committing to a longer stay or a purchase.

Most long-term rentals include the villa fully furnished, pool maintenance, garden upkeep, and security. Utilities (electricity, water, internet) are typically paid separately by the tenant. We clarify all inclusions before you sign.

A standard deposit equals one to three months' rent, paid upfront and refundable at the end of the lease. Some landlords may accept a smaller deposit for yearly contracts. All deposit terms are clearly stated in the rental agreement.
